Lineage - The Shops at Wailea

This iconic boutique restaurant located in Wailea features indoor and outdoor seating for an intimate, yet comfortable dining experience. From the recycled barn-wood exterior to the Eco-shade roof panels that open and close depending on the weather it’s very environmentally friendly and functional. The interior of the restaurant consists of wrought iron accents, custom wall tiles, and stained & polished concrete floors.

The commercial kitchen installation includes all the bells and whistles a restaurant of this capacity could ask for. The tight space we had to work in and the extent of the renovation called for innovative & diagnostic thinking to accomplish the high-quality finish of the project with very minimal disturbance to any of the mall’s other tenants and common areas.
