Job Duties & Requirements:
Adheres to the company safety program.
- Bring any safety concerns to the attention of the site Superintendent or Foreman.
- Performs various tasks involving physical labor as assigned by the project Superintendent, Foreman or Journeyman Carpenters.
- Maintain the job site:
- Clean up rubbish;
- Pick up all tools and equipment;
- Secure the job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards.
- Material handling and storage.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Haul and hoist materials.
- Complete Safety training in Fall Protection, Scaffold and Aerial.
- Experience operating construction equipment such as, forklifts, aerial lifts and generators.
- Complete OSHA 10 Safety training.
- Complete forklift certification.
- Basic knowledge of measurements and construction sequence.
- Additional tasks as assigned by the Superintendent or Foreman
Additional Requirements:
- Able to lift and carry 50lbs
- Knowledge of the proper use of equipment, materials, and supplies used in the construction industry

Job Duties & Requirements
- Adhere to and enforce the Company Safety Program throughout the project site(s).
- Work under the direction of the Project Manager and with the Project Engineer.
- Communicate closely with the Project Manager and Project Engineer.
- Supervise the total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the design, budget, and schedule.
- Study the project’s constructability and aid in identifying deficiencies in the Plans and
Specifications. - Provide technical assistance in the project’s construction, such as interpretation of drawings,
recommending methods, means, equipment, etc. - Plan, schedule, and implement control of the staging functions and security for all on-site
visitors, company personnel, subcontractors, outside contractors, and material storage for the
job site.
- Secure and control the job site perimeter.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate and/or supervise the on-site construction activities of subcontractors,
outside contractors, and company employees. - Document construction progress by the following methods:
- Maintain the official project daily log.
o May construct and maintain the master schedule or produce look-ahead schedules as directed by the Project Manager or as indicated in the specifications. - Secure incidental purchases as necessary.
- Record construction progress by digitally photographing the project weekly.
- Issue memos, drawings, and written communication within electronic documents for
the project.
- Maintain the official project daily log.
- Provide weekly information/direction for the administrative staff in accounting, purchasing, and
payroll in relation to timecards, purchases, and receiving logs. - Ensure all on-site personnel adhere to the client’s project policies, procedures, safety program
requirements, and work rules. - Interpret and enforce company policies as required.
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Sitting/Administrative (Computer work)
- Requires ten (10) years of Superintendent experience successfully managing projects of similar
size and scope. - Excellent judgment and communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Job Duties and Requirements:
- Adhere to the Company Safety Program at all times.
- Read project blueprints and bring any recognizable errors to the attention of the project Superintendent or Foreman.
- As directed by the Superintendent or Foreman perform the following tasks using industry standard means and methods:
- Layout
- Using a variety of tools to accurately measure, cut and join wood, drywall, and fiberglass, plastic, and other building materials
- Frame structures and walls, install cabinets, ceilings, doors, floors, fixtures, hardware, and prefabricated panels.
- Build wood and form concrete stairs.
- Construct concrete forms.
- Must be diverse in all facets of carpentry, including rough and fine finish.
- Additional tasks as assigned by the Superintendent or Foreman
- Supervise the activities of laborers, carpenter’s helpers and apprentices.
Additional Requirements:
- Able to lift and carry 50lbs
- Personal set of hand tools, including nail bags, drywall finishing tools, metal framing tools
- Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Able to read and understand drawings (Blueprints).
- Able to use Outlook email
- Valid Driver’s License
